Fees
BodyAttack, BodyPump, BodyBalance, Circuit Training and Studio Cycling £4 per class

Kids Hip Hop £3.50 per class

 

Junior Judo £3 per class

Adult Judo  £4 per class

 

Pilates is £35 per 6 week block

JUDO

 

What is Judo?

Judo is an Olympic sport originating in Japan but now one of the most popular

sports worldwide. You will learn techniques for throwing, controlling and holding

down opponents.

 

What will Judo do for me?

Judo is great fun and will improve all-round fitness. It is considered by many as

excellent self-defence training.

 

Who is it for?

Judo is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Judo is performed in a controlled

environment where safety is paramount. For children, it is a great way to develop

self discipline and confidence, while its strict code of etiquette instils respect for

others and your own self.

 

What will I wear?

Initially an old tracksuit will do but as some point you may wish to purchase a

Judo suit.

1600 - 1700 Juniors (5 to 13 years old)

1830 - 1930  Juniors (5 to 13 years old)

1930 - 2030  Adults (14 years and over)
