The cardio room has 15 top of the range machines including:

3 Treadmills

All machines have their own personal viewing screens with a choice of 7 freeview channels. Or plug in an iPod and watch your own videos on-screen.

 

Resistance Equipment

The main feature of the weight training room is the HumanSport range of 6 cable-based machines, each offering a minimum of 2 different exercises and limited only by your imagination. They offer a huge range of progressions and variations for all levels of exercisor whether your aim is to improve your shape, sporting performance or everyday functionality.

 

Free Weights

The free weight area includes the following equipment:

Max Rack - allowing both horizontal and vertical movement for the closest feel to real barbell training with the safety element of a Smith machine.

 

Power Rack - allowing safe performance of the squat, shoulder press & bench press exercise, all vital components of any training programme.
