Learn why traditional diets don't work and, more importantly, find the solution!

The Primal Weight Loss Club meet on a Friday night from 5.30pm - 6.00pm to be weighed, ask questions and receive support and information relating to the plan and general health.

And why not hang around for the exercise class straight after it to burn some extra fat, boost your metabolism and just have fun!
