If you truly want results in the gym then it is important to work to a plan, yet many people leave their results to chance or place their faith in the latest programme from a fitness magazine. Another common flaw is to continue with the same programme long after your body has stopped adapting to it, therefore wasting time and effort in the gym.
With the help of the Poliquin iStrength Software, loaded with over 7000 exercises, we can write you the perfect training programme to suit your goals and current abilities. You will be provided with 3 x one month progressive weight training programmes, each building on the previous one, to ensure that you get the most out of your time in the gym and achieve the results you desire.
Programme writing is charged at £40 for 3 x 1 month programmes.
We can provide CV programmes on request, but CV training ideas are always available on the whiteboard in the Cardio Room.
