Group Exercise

Fit4 offers a range of group exercise classes including Group Blast, Group Power, Freestyle Fitness Yoga, Circuit Training and Indoor Cycling.

Monthly Membership packages and pay-as-you-go options are available for all Fit4 classes.

Group Blast

Group Blast is 60 minutes of cardio training that uses The Step in highly effective, athletic ways. It will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, co-ordination, and strength with exciting music and group energy.

Group Power

Group Power is a 60-minute barbell programme which strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music. Using simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.

Fitness Yoga

Fitness Yoga incorporates a variety of yoga poses to improve strength and flexibility, and you should see benefits in as little as eight weeks. You will learn to understand your body and begin to move more effectively and efficiently, improving posture, self-awareness and confidence.


Indoor Cycling

Indoor cycling is a group exercise class performed on stationary bikes. During the class, the instructor simulates hill-climbing, sprints, and races. It is truly a fantastic cardiovascular workout. You will be kept motivated by the instructor, the people around you, and the music. Get prepared for the workout of your life! Water and towels are a must!


Circuit Training

This circuit class is designed to improve muscular strength, definition, and cardiovascular fitness. Using a mixture of different types of equipment, circuit styles, and a wide range of exercises, this class gives you a whole-body workout.
